Stop and park your car. It might be the best Mauritian food you can find in the area. The people are kind and they really know what they’re doing in the kitchen. We tried a little bit of everything. Try the fish curry and the fresh roti.
Amazing fish curry. Amazing everything. The host is so nice. She explained everything to us and was so kind. We’ll definitely go back. And try the rest of the food. Truly mouthwatering!!!
Lovely Mauritian food - the jackfruit dish and the sweet and sour chicken (with a slight chilli kick) were a real pleasure. Really friendly and welcoming - you can see why it is popular with the locals. Thoroughly recommend!
From the outside, the restaurant looks rather unassuming; if we hadn't read the other good reviews beforehand, we probably wouldn't have gone in. There's no fixed menu, but rather daily changing dishes, including meat, vegetarian, and vegan options. The current menu can be viewed on Facebook. We sampled all the meat-free curries and enjoyed them all. The service is very attentive and friendly, and the staff speaks excellent English. The value for money is unbeatable.
