Peter, my service rep was extremely helpful and prompt. He made sure I had a perfect experience. He was there to greet me when I dropped the vehicle off for service and made sure the loaner vehicle was perfect. He met me when I came to pick up the vehicle as well.

Will was an exceptional sales person, I’ve never been happier with a vehicle purchase. Everything I was looking for he made sure I ended up with. Highly recommend going in and asking for Will Richardson.

Great experience buying my new truck from Baker GMC. The sales team, Taylor and Darius were great to work with, along with Noah. Top notch!

We had an excellent experience from the moment we walked into the showroom. Darius greeted us promptly, was professional, and took the time to truly listen to what we were looking for rather than immediately trying to steer us in a specific direction. My wife was undecided on what size SUV would best meet her needs, and Darius was extremely patient as he walked us through multiple options. He explained the differences in features, safety, technology, and overall value between models, allowing us to make an informed decision without feeling rushed or pressured. His product knowledge and calm approach made the process comfortable and enjoyable. Once my wife selected the SUV that was the right fit for her, we realized that the truck I had been searching for was also available on the lot. Because of the positive experience and confidence, we had built in the team, we decided to move forward with purchasing both vehicles. The entire team at Baker was professional, efficient, and transparent throughout the process. The paperwork and financing steps were clearly explained, timelines were communicated well, and there were no surprises. We felt respected as customers and genuinely appreciated for our business. What started as simply stopping in to look at vehicles turned into purchasing two — and that speaks directly to the quality of service we received. We would absolutely recommend Darius and the Baker team to others and look forward to doing business with them again in the future.

Had an outstanding experience with our service consultant, Claudio Mendoza Junior. Called in a few weeks back with our Hummer EV having an alignment issue. Junior was able to get us worked in right away, set us up with a loaner vehicle, and kept us informed through out the entire process. Was an excellent experience compared to past service experiences we've had with other dealerships in town.
